Global Competence Measurement in Non-Formal Educational Settings

This research comes to measure the level of knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and values educators on global competence. The quantitative methodology was followed questionnaire tool selected. Random sampling technique used, delivered through google forms. sample consisted 310 who taught in public private Vocational Training Institutes region Western Greece during 2021-2022. Research findings show that average value for knowledge is 3,69 (a lot), understanding globalization 4,10 lot) international academic 3,91 lot). Regarding participants' answers Skills sub-factors, use tools 4, 27 cross-cultural communication 4,03 3,29 (enough). factors Attitude values, intent interact 3, 95 open attitude 4,46 3,94 In addition, control Pearson correlation coefficient nine capability shows a statistically significant positive between them. Finally, gender, additional studies, employment relationship years service seem affect results scale.
